Main research interests

The study of the molecular mechanisms of lymphomagenesis in humans and monkeys. The found genes involved in virus-associated lymphomagenesis in humans and monkeys.
Properties of trim14 TRIM14 gene, its participation in the virus-associated lymphomagenesis and in the immune defense of human cells from viral and bacterial infections. It has been shown that the increase in trim14 TRIM14 gene expression suppressed alphavirus Sindbis replication, and there were changes in the transcription of a large number of genes of the immune system (Nenasheva et al. Immunol Res. 2015 Jul;62(3):255-62)
